Common Questions

A full set of lash extensions typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the style you choose. Mega volume sets may take up to 3 hours. Fill appointments are usually 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.

We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to maintain a full, consistent look. As your natural lashes grow and shed, extensions will shed with them. Regular fills keep your set looking fresh and flawless.

Yes — when applied correctly by a licensed professional using proper technique and quality materials, lash extensions are completely safe. Our artists are trained to apply the correct weight and length for your natural lashes, and we use premium, skin-safe adhesive.

The "D" refers to the number of lash fibers in each fan applied to one natural lash. 3D = 3 fibers per fan (lighter, more natural), while 10D = 10 fibers per fan (maximum drama and fullness). Our Featherweight Volume™ is our proprietary technique offering incredible fullness with minimal weight.
